The Derby Beach House is available for private parties. If you are interested in reserving the beach house please fill out the form below or stop in the Clerk’s office and register.  The beach house comes with 8 folding tables and 64 folding chairs and a small kitchen that may be used for your events.

The Derby Beach House property is a public beach.  Reserving the Beach House gives you exclusive use of the Beach House ONLY.  The general public is still allowed to use the outdoor areas (beach, playground, porta potty, etc…).  Event tents are allowed to be set up between the Beach House and the beach.  Overnight camping is not allowed.

$135 per Day
