Derby Residents
Recreation Survey

The Town of Derby is looking to GROW recreation spaces, places and programming.
We are conducting a survey to gather data critical for grant funding opportunities, and to promote the communities’ vision!
The survey only takes 5 – 10 minutes to complete.

The Derby Selectboard adopted an amended Derby’s Traffic Ordinance on November 16, 2020 which will go into affect on January 15, 2021.

Citizens’ Rights to Petition:  A petition for a vote on the question of disapproving an ordinance or rule shall be signed by not less than five percent of the qualified voters of the municipality, and presented to the legislative body or the clerk of the municipality within 44 days following the date of adoption of the ordinance or rule by the legislative body.


Recycling
We ask that everyone wear masks and to observe the 6 ft social distancing guidelines while at the Recycling Center.  If you wish to remain in your car, the attendants will gladly assist you.
